The tea is a Taiwanese Oolong Tea that has a medium oxidation level and a medium roast level, giving it a light astringency, light acidity, that perfectly balances with the vanilla and brown sugar - leaving it a smooth, creamy after taste that's not too sweet. It's also 88 calories (we didn't plan it, just a fortuitous coincidence)
